Diablo 3: How to play my GR Pushing Build for The Shadow's Mantle set with Demon Hunter

How to play The Shadow's Mantle Greater Rift Pushing Build - guide:
1) Use your Vengeance - Dark Heart for damage reduction all the time.
2) You want a lot of Cooldown Reduction to keep Vengeance up all the time.
3) Activate Shadow Power at the start.
4) Use Impale once at the start - you need to do it, because in S27 we use Sanctified item with item power "Strafe now casts the last non-channeled Hatred spending ability cast".
5) Use Smoke Screen for speed and also to avoid taking damage.
6) Use Bolas here and there - you need to keep up the damage reduction from Wraps of Clarity and also the damage bonus from Focus-Restraint set.
7) Strafe around. Stay far from mobs to use Zei's Stone of Vengeance gem fully.
8) Your follower should have Oculus Ring so he can create an area of focused power with up to 85% increased damage when you stand inside. Try to stand inside of that yellow circle as much as you can.
9) Other 2 useful follower items are Cord of the Sherma for creating a field that blinds and slows enemies inside and Nemesis Bracers that summon elites/champions from pylons and shrines.
10) A must for your follower is Enchanting Favor with power: "Your follower cannot die".
11) Templar is the best as it heals, CCs with Thunderfury, can stun and protect you from dying.
