Eating Greek Street Food in Thessaloniki Greece 😋

Eating Greek Street Food! We headed out to the streets of Thessaloniki in search of amazing Greek street food!

To start things off we had a dish we’ve never heard of or tried before, bougatsa, which is traditionally a breakfast food made of phyllo pastry and custard.

The second thing we tried was Koulouri- which is similar to a bagel - a circularly shaped bread covered in sesame seeds.

Next up were some delicious greek pies.

We struggled a bit trying to find some gyro pitas, but ended up setting for gyro plates, which is essentially like a deconstructed gyro.

Lastly we headed for some dessert to finish things off. This one is called Trigona Panoramatos and can be found at most pastry shops in Thessaloniki.
