Ingredients:

1kg raw mangoes
Sugar or sweetener of your choice
Water
salt
vinegar

Instructions:

Wash the raw mangoes thoroughly and peel off the skin.
Cut the mangoes into small pieces, discarding the seed or stone in the center.
In a blender or food processor, add the mango pieces and blend until you get a smooth pulp.
Strain the pulp through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove any fibers or lumps.
Measure the pulp and transfer it to a saucepan.
For every cup of mango pulp, add 800gram of sugar or adjust according to your taste preference.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves completely and the pulp thickens slightly. This will help in preserving the juice for a longer time.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool down.
Once the mixture has cooled, add water to dilute it. Start by adding an equal amount of water as the mango pulp and adjust according to your desired consistency.
Mix well and taste the juice. If it's too sweet or too tangy, you can add more water or sugar to balance the flavors.

Pour the juice into sterilized glass bottles or jars and seal them tightly.
