Music-Making & Sensory Prop Ideas:

In this Storytime we visit three habitats of different colour, which would be lovely to enhance with sensory props: ribbons, cloths, parachutes, etc....  once we begin the Lantern Walk, there's about 2 mins on each (a bit of narrative and a short song) so time to explore fairly freely. We also meet three animals - perhaps you have your own props or puppets to play along with...
The order is:
Golden / Yellow Trees - Bird
Green Meadow - Fox
Blue Stream - Duck

If anyone feels to join in with music-making, all the songs are very open to playing along on any percussion you wish. Some sparkling bells or rustling shakers would compliment the story beautifully. The songs are really inviting to join in with your own shakers or preferred instruments -  though of course, join in whenever and however you wish :)
