We’ve all experienced that moment when we unintentionally hold our breath. Maybe before speaking in front of a big crowd, before a romantic date, or when we’re just plain stressed out! Breathing is so important that some of the most famous yogis and wellness practitioners think it is the ultimate way to stay healthy and happy.
And this harsh period we are experiencing – the self-isolation, grieving for individuals and life as we know it that we have lost, worrying about the future – is limiting our breath big time. So we have created a 2-part session which will help you breathe through the storm we are currently experiencing.
DIALOGUE:
First, we will learn from Sandra Marichal’s experiences as a leader and team coordinator in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. Hear how she managed to keep her calm in front of 7-metre storm swells and heavy rains in a super small racing boat.
