Stage 1 of the Tour of Hungary unfolded with a captivating narrative as TDT-Unibet's sprinter, Nicklas Pedersen, prepared to face off against his childhood idols, Mark Cavendish and Peter Sagan. The race started with a slow pace. However, as the final laps approached, the tension mounted, and excitement rippled through the crowd. Yet, the climax of the stage was marred by a sudden crash at the finish line. TDT-Unibet hopes that all riders who were involved in the crash are alright, wishing for a swift recovery and minimal injuries.
