This is a tribute to singer, songwriter, storyteller and poet Sean McCarthy. Known for such wonderful songs as Step It Out Mary, Shanagolden, In Shame Love, In Shame and many more. It is presented by current Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht Mr Jimmy Deenihan in the beautiful village of Finuge on a fine summers day in 1994.

Part 2 features Irish authors, playwright and storytellers Dr Brian McMahon and John B. Keane.
