Sources say the Emirates Cricket Board, after Sri Lanka Cricket, has written to Pakistan, reminding the PCB of past support and urging it to stand up for Associate nations. The PCB had earlier threatened to boycott the India match despite ICC warnings. According to NDTV sources, Pakistan has now placed three demands before the ICC to break the deadlock, including compensation-related issues and future hosting rights.
