Epic Pike Ice Fishing on Lac Ste. Anne

I headed north to Edmonton in the evening, but the journey wasn’t easy. Heavy traffic on Highway 2 delayed me, but I finally made it to Justin’s dad’s place and then to our home base for the night at Randy’s house.

The next morning, we headed to Lac Ste. Anne for an exciting day of ice fishing. It was a special trip because Justin, on his first time ice fishing, experienced landing his very first catch! All three of us caught fish, making it an epic day. No fishing trip is complete without good food—homemade chili and some tasty snacks kept us going on the ice.

It was an awesome trip filled with laughs and fresh catches. Can't wait for the next one!
