This video features a work of fiction. If you want to know the truth, read God's word in The Holy Bible (ESV or NASB suggested). Christ is the Word of God, the Author of Life, the Alpha and the Omega, and our only Savior. We have all of us sinned against an eternal God, and therefore rightly deserve an eternal punishment. But God is so incredibly loving, He sent His Son (the Word of God become flesh) to take our place in the punishment we deserved. This had to occur because God is righteous and just, and could not let any sin go unpunished. When Christ died on the cross, He received God's wrath and punishment for every sin that those who believe in Him ever sinned. Thus, God was both just and merciful. Christ died as if He had lived our life, but God will now look on those who believe in Him as if they had lived Christ's perfect, sinless life. Jesus truly died, but was raised from the dead. He is living and seated in Heaven with the Father until He returns to bring judgment upon the world. So, the only way to be forgiven of our sins and receive eternal life is through Christ. No one can work their way to heaven, and no one is good enough even if we could. The only requirement is to believe Jesus Christ is God, that He died for your sins and was resurrected to an eternal life that He promises to share with you.

"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.” -- John 10: 27-30

“Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.” Thomas said to him, “Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life.
