Poha Balls

Very quick and easy evening snack recipe:

1 cup Poha to be kept in water for 15 mins
1 cup Roasted Rava
4-5 tbsp curd for binding
Salt as per taste

Drain poha and mix with rava ,curd and salt.

Immediately make balls and steam for 15-20 mins. Then let it rest for 5-10 mins.

Then in a pan put oil , mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Add pinch of salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, pinch of chaat masala and hing.

Mix the balls and stir fry with the masalas and your delicious Poha Balls ready😋😋😋
