G'day everyone,

I have spent the last two videos CNC'ing the dividing head. I need a 57 tooth gear and one way to make that would be to convert the dividing head from a using hole plates and sector arms, to being directly driven by a NEMA 23 stepper motor.

In this video I will be using the mill to cut a 57 tooth, module 1 gear and placing it in the lathe to make sure that it works. Cheers.
