How to Wear Skirts and Dresses in Cold Weather

In this video I share how I'll be wearing my favourite skirts and dresses all winter long, and how to keep warm doing it! Here's my plan:
1). Add tights, leggings or even insulated leggings depending on the temperature
2). Add layers! Shirts, sweaters, shirts under sweaters, turtlenecks, cardigans and blazers are all great pieces to layer over a skirt or dress
3). Accessorize! Necklaces, scarves, hats, coats, the possibilities are endless! Get creative with this one!
