Are Lukas 1862 Watercolors Chalky?

In a video I made a few months ago, swatching my Lukas 1862 watercolors, I had a few commenters telling me that, when they used them, they found them to be chalky. This made me decide to take a second look at them for a video today to try and find out are Lukas 1862 watercolors chalky?
Have you used Lukas 1863 Watercolors before? What was your experience with them?
