Barely a month ago, John Paul Mwirigi was a hand-to-mouth hustler who did not even own a bicycle. But today, the 23-year-old Igembe South MP has the keys to a brand new Toyota Prado car in his pocket, thanks to a donation by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
