🍛 About the Pork Curry:
This isn't your ordinary pork curry. We've packed it with a blend of the hottest spices and tender, juicy pork to create a dish that will test even the bravest spice lovers. Want to try it at home? Check out the full recipe below!

📜 Recipe:
Ingredients:

500g pork, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons ginger, grated
3 tablespoons curry powder
2 teaspoons chilli powder (or to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until fragrant.
Add pork and cook until browned.
Stir in curry powder and chilli powder. Cook for another minute.
Pour in coconut milk and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat and cook until pork is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
