Hi Folks , I have recently being carrying out some repair work on wooden flutes made in African Blackwood. Some were quite old and had a few cracks which were right though. This video shows the various stages of one of my methods for repairing these cracks in the flute. The tune is a great reel called Palmers Gate composed by the talented Co Leitrim musician Joe Liddy.
