This is a recording of the presentation given by Giulia Sandri at the ActEU project Mid-Term Conference.

On 12 December 2024, the Trans European Policy Studies Association (TEPSA) organised the mid-term conference of the Horizon Europe project ActEU in Brussels. This academic conference, titled “Strengthening democracy: Building trust and tackling polarisation in Europe”, brought together researchers, policy-makers, and practitioners to assess the project’s key challenges and successes.

This presentation is based on ActEU research, "Revisiting the dimensionality of trust in political institutions: evidence of a two-dimensional structure", conducted by Jens Carstens (Sciences Po), Laura Morales (Sciences Po, Spanish National Research Council (CSIC)), Carles Pamies (Sciences Po, Spanish National Research Council (CSIC)), Henrik Serup Christensen (Åbo Akademi University), Janette Huttunen (Åbo Akademi University), and Chiao Li (Sciences Po).
