Sapin-sapin is layers of glutinous rice and coconut milk in 3 different flavors, but I make it more special, creamy and flavorful. This is perfect in every occasions. It is also great business idea this coming holiday season.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
1 1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup ube powder (you can also use halaya or any kinds of ube flavoring)
1/4 cup jackfruit pure
food colring for langka and ube flavor (optional)
