Don't you just love board wipes? Cards like Armageddon, Wrath of God etc. This board wipe is a cheap cast at 3 mana. I guess you would use this in 2 ways, as a last resort to wipe your opponents creatures if you have nothing in play or if you had tiny creatures in play and your opponent was stomping all over you with big creatures. A great card though.
