Good, hot coffee, everytime.
We were given our first Bonavita coffee maker years ago and loved it for its ability to make really good coffee. When that one finally wore out, we bought this model and have been well pleased with its ease of use and the great coffee it makes. I prefer coffee makers that use an insulated carafe instead of a hot-plate type warmer; the Bonavita makes hot coffee that keeps well in the carafe and because there's no hot-plate heating element, the coffee is never burned or becomes bitter from that excessive heat.
