QX80 No Crank No start SOLVED! How to test if your IPDM or starter is bad.

I quicky demonstrate how to test if your IPDM is sending a start signal (voltage) to the starter solenoid. In order to determine if your No crank situation is because of the IPDM not sending a start signal or if the starter solenoid/starter motor has failed. This video is taken with a 2016 Infiniti QX80. The test light in this video is proving that the IPDM is sending a start signal (voltage) to the starter solenoid. Off camera I had witnessed the IPDM trigger the test light, but no crank occurred on the starter. That proved the IPDM was working and the starter was intermittent. Thus, my starter needed to be replaced.

Follow up 12/17/22: Within a couple days of making this video, I replaced the starter myself with a brand new TYC starter from rockauto.com and the QX80 has been 100% reliable at starting since then.
