This set includes two feet: the 4mm Hemmer foot and the 6mm Hemmer foot.

The Hemmer Foot creates straight, professional rolled hems on light to medium weight fabrics up to 6mm or 4mm. The channel guide holds the rolled fabric and allows for a straighter hem.

The hemming or hemmer foot, sometimes referred to as the rolled hemmer (rolled hemming foot), is used to stitch the narrow rolled hems most usually found on shirt tails, table linens and along the edge of frills.

The Janome Rolled Hemming Foot is designed with a scroll shaped feeder on top and a straight groove on the underside which determines the width of the finished hem.

This set of 2 feet, one is 4 mm the other 6 mm, will allow for the rolled hem option to also be used on heavier weight fabrics.
