Here are two more ways of loaded nachos. One loaded nachos with mango salsa and the other one is with avocado dip and pickled onion. And the best part of loaded nachos is the cheese sauce. You can go crazy with that. Let me tell you that these nachos are much better than you get in any restaurant. Literally.

Ingredients to make loaded nachos:

Mango Salsa -    • Veg Rajma Patty Burger with Mango Salsa - ...  

For Cheese Sauce:
Butter - 1 Tbsp
Whole Wheat Flour - 1 Tbsp
Milk - 1 Cup
Cheddar Cheese - 200 gm

For Avocado Dip:

Avocado - 1
Lemon Juice - 1-2 tsp
Black Pepper - a pinch
Jalapeno - 1-2 pieces
Salt - to taste
Water - a needed
Basil - a few leaves
Parsley - a few leaves
Olive oil - 1 to 2 tsp

For Picked Onion:

Onion - 1
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp

Toppings:

Boiled Rajma
Mixed Bell Pepper
Corns
Black Olives
Jalapeno
