I'm Making Rose's Swim Dress from Titanic

It's time for a new cosplay project, with a very near deadline -- Rose's swim dress from the second half of the Titanic movie. And I'm making this all with inexpensive, low-budget fabrics that can be found at Joanns! The big question is, will I finish it in time for Costume College?
