Chingari unfolds the tale of romance between Reshma, a pick-pocket, and Mohan, a Police Inspector. Fate decreed them to fall in love with each other and they vowed allegiance unto death. But Reshma gets involved in a murder case as Jaggi gets killed. Mohan helps her but eventually, in court, all blame is put on him in order to bring out the truth. It is finally revealed that Jaggi was killed as an act of self-defense. Will Reshma be punished? Watch the movie.
