Prawns and seasonings
▢ 15-18 Shrimps
▢1/2 tsp salt
▢1/2 tsp sugar
▢1/4 tsp white pepper
▢cooking oil for fry

Coating ingredients
▢1 egg
▢ 40 g cornstarch
▢ 80 -100 g bread crumbs


Yum Yum Dipping sauce
▢ 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
▢1 tbsp Ketchup
▢ 1 tbsp Water
▢ 1 tsp Vinegar
▢ 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
▢1/2 tsp Garlic powder
