How to create a screen print base white in Adobe Illustrator, that does not get knocked out.

This vid shows that Illy has a feature that enables you to stack colors that are white such as the base white for screen printing and put colors over top of it (that will not knock or delete the base). This vid also shows the wonderful use of the Separation preview that allows you to check your colors and confirm that it’s correct BEFORE printing to film or sending to a CTS machine.
