For 100 years, Valrhona has shaped chocolate’s history with its boundless creativity.

Starting in 1922, founder Albéric Guironnet, started to imagine a new future for this wonderful product. For the benefit of his fellow chocolate #professionals, the #pastrychef explored, tried new things and invented new flavors, giving all of the different nuances the chance to shine.

From the iconic #GUANAJA 70% the most bitter chocolat of world back in 1986, to the newly launched and surprising concentrated cocoa juice called #Oabika, Valrhona made quite a splash.

Today. Tomorrow. And for the next 100 years, Valrhona will keep forging new paths for cocoa and chocolate.
