This video contains information on methods used for differential gene expression analysis among cells captured within a single-cell RNA seq experiment. Methods for marker gene identification and for differential gene expression analysis among cells from different conditions are discussed. A brief overview of enrichment analysis using over-representation analysis or GSEA is presented. Finally, some databases for pathways and gene sets are presented.



-Target audience: PhD students, post-docs and researchers in life sciences who are doing bioinformatics analyses and want to get introduced to single cell transcriptomics data analysis.
