We'll work all areas of the hip - front, back, outer hip, and external rotation - to gain some freedom in our pelvis, as well as the hamstrings and quads. This is a fantastic sequence for athletes, runners, and cyclists alike and is accessible for both beginners and advanced yogis.

Hey there, I'm Roya and I started this channel to share with you what I've learned from over decade of yoga. As a lifelong athlete, I know firsthand the benefits of a daily yoga practice on the body.
