SAIGON STUDENTS - SOUND

Unrest prevailed throughout the city, and a thousand heavily armed troops were diverted from the country's war with Communism to protect Saigon's troubled streets when students protested the Government's measures and shouted their defiance at the Military patrols. They wanted the banishment of Madame Ngo Dinh Nhu, President Ngo Dinh Diem's first lady and her husband, the President's brother & head of the Secret police. Meanwhile, the bitter conflict between the present Government & its Buddhist citizens goes on.....
