This is for all you peeps out there who can’t or don’t want to roll sushi 🥹❤️🫣

So this is an easy way to still enjoy the flavors without going the extra mile and stressing about rolling! The BEST part about this recipe is that you can really customise it however you like!!

RECIPE:
Marinate 150g tofu in
1 tbsp Oil, 1 tbsp Hot sauce, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, salt, white and black sesame seeds

Sushi Vinegar - 2 tbsp rice vinegar + 1 tbsp sugar + pinch of salt - stir till dissolved.

Add the vinegar to 2 cups cooked sushi rice while hot and mix without breaking (cook the sushi rice according to package instructions)

Sauté the tofu for 2-3 mins in a non-stick pan.
Add 2 tsp maple syrup at the end and mix

Now prep and assemble!

Serve with - carrots, avocado, cucumber, chipotle sauce, wasabi mayo, nori seaweed, any other sauce/soy dip you like!
