Make sure to look ahead in order to not pull more. Use Gouge, kite the elites and use your ranged weapon max-range. At 5 combo points, kidney and do just a bit of damage before gaining distance again. Don't dps for the full duration of the Kidney Shot, you need the distance in order to not be killed. As you can see, some of my CC spells fail and it can turn rough a bit in the end. Use Blind if that happens. Don't forget to have up-to-date bandages according to your level to get full hp back. Don't panic, as that is essential to not get tunnel visioned.
