5 Things I Wish I Knew BEFORE Our Chacchoben MAYAN RUINS Excursion

We visited Chacchoben Mayan Ruins in Cost Maya, Mexico on our recent Harmony Of The Seas cruise.

We booked it last minute, while we were already on the ship so I haven’t done any research. Thankfully, we really lucked out on a few things that made the experience a lot better and regretted two things that I really wish I researched beforehand.

We chose the Chacchoben Mayan Ruins, which is the most frequently visited site about 50 minutes from the port. In this video, I also compare Chacchoben vs. Kahunlich Mayan Ruins excursions.

The excursion was great and I would definitely recommend it but make sure you know about these things beforehand so you don’t go unprepared like we did.
