The type of cheat code I will be using today is basically:

When you see the Ethics Page just before the main menu, use your controller to enter the following:

Activate Debug Mode: When the main menu appears, hold up, left, 1 & 2 on your controller, aka all together & the debug menu should appear on the next loading screen.
