How to change the color theme in After Effects

If you want to change the highlight color in Adobe After Effects, this
is how you do it. Click "cmd + Fn + F12" simultaneously ("ctrl + Fn + F12" or "Ctrl + Tab + F12" on PC) and the console window will open up.

Now, click the hamburger menu at the top of that window and change to "Debug database view". Search for "color" at the top. Next to "Enable Theme Colorizing", click the checkbox right next to it and if no checkbox appears, just change the text from "false" to "true".

Now, close the window and go up to the menu, click After Effects, Preferences, Appearance. You now have a button here saying "Change color". Click that button and change the color to whatever you prefer.
(The default is 2D8CEB.)
