Oluremi Tinubu Launches Young Farmers Club to Boost Youth Engagement in Agriculture

First Lady Oluremi Tinubu has officially launched the Young Farmers Club, Nigeria, in an effort to promote agriculture among the nation's youth. During the inauguration in Abuja, 240 young members were inducted into the program, which is a collaborative initiative between the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security and the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI). The First Lady emphasized the importance of agriculture to Nigeria's economy and its potential to provide employment and food security. The club will start in 12 pilot schools within the FCT, with plans to expand nationwide.
