Winter in Georgia! Rarely, but not unheard of, it may even snow here. That's what happened last night and possibly brought CSX Q616-22 in the hilly section between Carlton GA and Elberton GA into trouble. Q616 is a northbound manifest. It blocked the main track and empty coal hopper train E148-22 (with mid-DPU) got stuck in the nearest siding to the north, Norman in Elberton.
