Daily Trip Report : Tuesday, May 28th, 2024

For our first full day in Venice, we began at 9 am with my presentation on the Venice Biennale, the origin, history & current events. Following this, we took the water bus to the Arsenale and went to the Biennale del Giardini. The first half of the day was spent independently exploring the main building; the Italy Pavilion. We met up for lunch, then proceeded to the Canada Pavilion together, before once again separating to independently explore the Giardini international pavilions. We reconvened by the exit at 6pm and went to dinner at Ristorante San Trovaso.
