Ingredient:-

●Marination—》

Pomfret fish- 300gm
Salt-1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice -1 tbsp

MARINATE FOR 10 MIN

●Cooking Process—》

Mustard oil-50 gm
Black cumin seeds-1/4 tbsp
Tomato paste-1/2 medium bowl
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Shorshe Posto paste- 1 medium bowl( 2tbsp shorshe + 2tbsp posto)
Sugar-1 tsp
Water-1 cup
Garnish with Coriander leaves and green chilies
