An alternative Neocolor II pastel?! Water Soluble Crayon Review & Comparison

Hi all! I bought some art supplies recently that I thought would be a great Neocolor alternative! They're not quite what I imagined but are very interesting to use and similar to Faber Castell gelatos, so all is not lost!
