नमस्कार! आज के इस Video में हम बात करेंगे एक बहुत ही जरूरी लेकिन अक्सर नजरअंदाज किए जाने वाले विषय पर — Menopause के बाद होने वाली Bleeding के बारे में। सिर्फ 10% मामलों में ही यह कैंसर होता है, लेकिन हर एक ब्लीडिंग को गंभीरता से लेना ज़रूरी है। अगर आपको या आपके किसी अपने को Menopause के बाद Spotting, Discharge या Bleeding हो रही है — यह वीडियो जरूर देखें। तो चालीये शुरु करते हैं।

What is Menopause & When is Bleeding Considered Abnormal?
Menopause का मतलब है जब एक महिला को 12 महिने तक periods नहीं आते – भारत में ये आमत: 48 से 52 साल की उम्र में होता है।
लेकिन menopause के बाद अगर spotting, pink/brown discharge या foul-smelling पानी जैसा fluid आता है – तो यह abnormal bleeding मानी जाती है और तुरंत डॉक्टर से संपर्क करना चाहिए।

🔍 Why Does Bleeding Happen After Menopause?
1️⃣ Uterine & Vaginal Atrophy से Bleeding क्यों होती है?
Menopause के बाद estrogen की कमी से uterus और vagina की tissues पतली और नाजुक हो जाती हैं। थोड़ी friction से भी micro-tears और bleeding हो सकती है।

2️⃣ Infections या Cervicitis से Bleeding होती है क्या?
Yes, vaginal या cervical infection से सूजन और जलन होती है जिससे हल्की bleeding या spotting हो सकती है।

3️⃣ Polyps (गांठ) की वजह से Bleeding हो सकती है?
हाँ, uterus या cervix में बने benign polyps भी irregular bleeding का कारण हो सकते हैं। इन्हें हटाने की ज़रूरत हो सकती है।

4️⃣ क्या Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) भी कारण हो सकती है?
Yes, HRT या कुछ anti-cancer medicines जैसे Tamoxifen से breakthrough bleeding हो सकती है।

5️⃣ क्या ये Uterine या Cervical Cancer का संकेत हो सकता है?
लगभग 10% मामलों में, post-menopausal bleeding का कारण endometrial या cervical cancer हो सकता है। इसलिए इसे ignore नहीं करना चाहिए।

Post-Menopausal Bleeding का Diagnosis कैसे होता है?
Medical History & Pelvic Exam:
Doctor आपकी surgery history, family history पूछते हैं और pelvic exam करके abnormality check करते हैं।

Pap Smear कैसे मदद करता है?
Pap test cervix की abnormal cells को detect करता है जो precancerous या cancerous हो सकती हैं।

Transvaginal Ultrasound (TVS):
TVS से uterus lining की मोटाई और polyps या mass की जानकारी मिलती है।

Blood Tests:
Blood tests से general health और tumor markers का अंदाज़ा लगाया जाता है।

Endometrial Biopsy:
Uterus की lining से छोटा sample लेकर देखा जाता है कि cancer cells हैं या नहीं।

Post-Menopausal Bleeding में कब चिंता करनी चाहिए?
हालांकि सिर्फ 10% cases में cancer पाया जाता है, लेकिन menopause के बाद किसी भी प्रकार की bleeding या discharge को lightly न लें। अगर spotting, unusual discharge या blood दिखे – तुरंत gynecologist से मिलें।
