MUM'S 50TH! LOTS OF CAKE, FAMILY TELLS ME THE TRUTH - ANOREXIA RECOVERY

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUM! MY BEST FRIEND, THE GREATEST PERSON I KNOW! 50 YEARS OF AMAZINGNESS!

IT WAS SUCH A GREAT DAY! We went out for cake and chips - it was divine! My first time getting cake out, Mum chose chocolate and butterscotch... which one was the best?!

Mum still ironed on her birthday though haha the Mum grind never stops!

Then we went out for a Birthday meal, we were all very excited - Alisha sang with excitement as usual! All on the tap water because WE ARE CRAZY!

I got a chicken burger and chips it was so good omggg like chicken we cook on the BBQ in the summer! Alisha and Satara got burgers as well hehe so French x

Then Mum opened her prezzies yaaaaay! She loved all of them! Then Mum blew the candles out and we had cake (more cake woooo), Mum fancied a flake topped cake and I think I did a good job although when I put the top cake on it caved in so I swapped them haha but it was amazing in the end and false is so good yuuuum!

We had a chilled weekend, also we went to Durham on the Monday (video to come yaaay) so Mum wanted to chilll! Waitrose treacle tart is the winner of supermarket treacle tarts everyone you should try it yum!

Then on Sunday Alisha gave me a reality check.. Everyone did really. I don't need to keep 're starting' or starting 'real recovery'. I am doing it, but I need to actually stick to it! Yes I have done well, but I am still not as far as I should be. But I haven't wasted time, every set back or mistake or struggle is a LESSON! I am glad I can talk so openly and they all tell me their opinions and really truly help. I freaked out because the tiger bread was dry and the white bread was mouldy so I tried wholemeal bread which I've not had for ages but was it really worth getting so worried about..??

Doing it for real now, doing it for good. I was doing it for real anyway, but I am determined and committed. It has been too long.
