As we looked at in a previous video, Unreal Engine version 5.3 included some notable DMX-related updates, including an overhauled Control Console. But that wasn’t the only feature to receive improvements!

Unreal Engine’s DMX Pixel Mapper was also updated, bringing some of the same interface updates and streamlining from the Control Console over as well as some great new features!

In this video, Jack DiLaura walks you through several updates to the DMX Pixel Mapper released in Unreal Engine 5.3. Using one of the built-in DMX template levels, you’ll explore new features like the ability to downscale and filter textures within the Pixel Mapper interface itself, along with UI updates that follow the DMX Library management features added to the Control Console.
