From childhood memories of being the last one picked at school to inherited beliefs about scarcity and survival, this healing journey shows the power of energy work in shifting core emotional wounds.

✨ Beliefs and Imbalances We Released Include:
• “I don’t deserve to live”
• “I have to be someone else to be liked”
• “My inner voice is not real”
• “I exist to please others”
• Creative insecurity, emotional conflict, unsupported energy, and more

🔁 And we replaced them with powerful truths:
• I am worthy
• I am the prize
• I am responsible

Using the Belief Code® – a modality developed by Discover Healing – we accessed the subconscious mind through muscle testing, cleared energetic imbalances, and made space for new beliefs to take root.
This is a beautiful example of how subconscious reprogramming can transform how we relate to ourselves and others.
