4 MUST KNOW Knee Shield Sweeps

Knee Shield Sweeps everyone needs to know. If you you are a keen knee shield player it is very important to have a good arsenal including quality sweeps and submissions. In this video we cover 4 sweeps from knee shield .. the first is a basic scissor sweep which tbh I personally use to set up the second sweep but does work well against beginners. The second sweep is one of the coolest in jiu jitsu I think .. the shaolin sweep.
Third we look at a basic hip bump sweep from the octopus guard which is easily accessible from the knee shield. And lastly we look at the entry into the classic half butterfly position and the butterfly sweep.
