The NEW Daiwa Laguna is better than I expected for a $50 - 5000 sized reel.

The $50 Daiwa Laguna LT isn't the be all end all egg beater. But What it lacks in bells and whistles, it makes up for in overall feel and line management. Something that is often sacrificed at such a low price range. (even taking into consideration the alibabazon direct to consumer brands )
