This is an unfinished project but Im moving on to other things for the holidays and wanted to share the month plus work Ive done on my dark ride. It started out as a "Realistic" dark ride, with a show building and maintenance access points and as it went on I crept away from that. Its not finished but its okay. Ultimately I will be removing a lot of things and cleaning stuff up. The current ride time is 13 minutes and has close to 25K pieces. Id like to get it down enough to save as a blueprint. Wish me luck!

The story line got out of hand so I've written a basic preshow to help out.

Welcome to Dark Ride Manor (Haha told you I wasnt finished). This land use to be beautiful and full of joy, that is, until the shadow spirits arrived.

I need your help to help break the curse and transform our land back to its joyful self.

To do that youll need to get into the house. Unfortunately its being guarded by the shadow spirits. Youll need to go to the front door. Once the Shadow Spirit sees you, turn and run. Itll follow you but thats the plan.

Youll need to take the long way around. Fair warning, its gonna be tough. Monsters and creatures of the night lurk around every corner. Stay on the path and youll find yourself back at the front door of the manor.

From there youll need to find the dungeon. Dont stop, the place is full of traps. When you get to the room of doors choose carefully.

Your goal is to get to the underground temple, Also full of traps, and destroy the serpent which will ultimately release the curse on the Stone of Joy (IDK). From there youll be transported back to happy land we call home. I hope.
