Following this, the newly introduced 'Star 3.0' software has 18 new facilities in it so that people who buy property can register their deeds from anywhere, anytime.
In that regard, steps will be taken to make property deeds available to the people digitally by signing them digitally. In addition to the paperless office, it also has facilities for paying fees through QR code. This is expected to make the deed registration process much easier.

With this new procedure, you do not need to take the deeds in paper form to the sub-registrar's office. In the first phase, 10 types of deed registration work will be done completely 'online'. In this, it has been informed that buyers of new houses and plots can complete the deed registration at the builder's or developer's office without going to the sub-registrar's office.
